Design Concept
Ombusman job description is to accept complaints from the society. Thus, the space given is to accommodate rooms for the people to complain and is well equipped with working desk, guest chairs, & large meeting table to facilitate discussion purposes.
An Open space area concept was required for the head account and junior assistant. By placing the file storage along the corridor of the working area, made it convenient to work as well as a better document flow to increase work performance for the employees. For closed area, a sandblast glass window is provided with blinders to enable a better supervision and a private working environment. A transparent ambience is created from the glass window in order to obtain more natural lighting to the working space and also saving energy.
Because the long shape of the building, the working area is divided into 3 (three) blocks based on the organization structure and job description. Reception is place in the center of the building adjacent with the customer service area. A Working area, is located at the back area.
A Modern ambience is well created by using sungkai wood finishing with natural color. An application of white ceramic floor giving the area a clean and spacious feel. Supported by grey workstation with 2 (tone) colors: light and dark grey chosen to represent modern and simple image.
